How It Works?

After downloading the application from the credited stores to your smart phone, you need to run the installer file on the device. The software installs in full stealth mode. No icons or other mentions of the software will be shown on the phone. Once the software is installed, you are ready to configure the settings.

Installation and Set-up Steps:

1. Install the Parent Application and register via Email. (The other platforms – consider IMEI).
2. Add child to the Parent Application (keep the child IMEI # ready when adding child) – you will need internet connectivity for registration and child adding.
3. Once you have added the child to your Parent App you can install the Child application in child’s smart phone.

How the Application works:

The Application has three elements; Parent Application, Child Application and Web Server.

Parent Application over Parent’s Smart Phone

Firstly the parent needs to register via Email to install the app. Once registered, the parent can add a child for tracking. After a Child has been added and the appropriate Child Application installed in Child’s smart phone, the Parent Application starts to receive the reports via the web server when the parent runs the multi-parent application.

Child Application over Child’s Smart Phone

Once the Child Application is installed and configured in the Child’s smart phone – the app starts to send usage reports of SMS and Call (both incoming and outgoing) to the web server. The application works in hidden mode in background and may tend to drain the battery if very low time interval is set for monitoring. The Application when runs, shows as “Express Gallery” in Child’s Smart Phone*. The Express Gallery works as a Photo Slide show of all pictures in the device's My Picture folder until the user clicks on “More” button where user login is required.

Child Application collects all details of Incoming & Outgoing Call, Incoming & Outgoing SMS and sends it to the web server over Wifi or GPRS internet connectivity. The application also sends GPS Location. The reports are stored locally and transferred to the web server at a set interval as configured and if internet connectivity is not available the application sends the reports at first instance of connectivity.

Web Server

Web server collects and stores all reports as received form the Child Application and transfers the same to the Parent Application as and when requested.

Once the reports are downloaded on the Parent’s smart phone, the web server automatically deletes the reports stored online to protect the privacy of the users.

If the Child smart phone does not have internet connection (at the set interval to send reports to the server), the reports are stored locally on the child’s device. And the reports are transferred to the web server whenever a connection is established.

When the internet connection is not available on the Child’s smart phone for more than specified time as configured or the server does not receive the reports at set interval, the server automatically sends an SOS message to the Parent Application informing “Child is not available since a set time period. Click here for the last known location.”
